Thanks to everyone who submitted! You may not have won the Grand Prize Private Tour, but we do have some spots available (most Saturdays sold-out) for the “Good Times Historic Bar Tour.” Stops on this new tour of Chicago include present and former sites of grand balls, Jazz Age shows, elite soirees, speakeasies, theater performances, and more, as your tour guide shares stories of both scandalous and wholesome forms of entertainment. Guests share iPads with historic photographs and video clips.
And p.s.: Did you know that if you enter your email in the box on the right side of the page (where it says “subscribe”) you’ll receive automatic notifications when we post on the blog about Chicago history, culture and architecture?
